Receptionist impolite ...Not helpful and lack of communications manners...Luckily MsNg who handle my documents which is very professional and efficient...
Hard to get parking
Staff attitude make me feel uncomfortable. The way they communicate with me impolite. The most impressed words is : Just call my boss directly if you have any query! I'm just a worker. (and that time I was asking regarding the documentation issue)
Very bad attitude of the staff who answering the phone.
