I'm so grateful to this very distinguished young lady named JIANNY. I went to the wrong door, but she confidently recounted the address she'd given me, making me think I'd misheard. Back in my car, I kept listening to her voice message repeating the address. It didn't matter if it was wrong. She treated me very politely. She signed the document, took it, and then walked back to her desk. I stood at the counter, watching her until she looked up and said, "That's it, done." Distinguished young lady, I know you're busy. After you signed the document and took it, you simply said, "It's not even done," and then just walked away. I wish I had recorded the video, otherwise I wouldn't have seen your distinguished demeanor and manner.
This person is ,with the greatest of respect,not a client but the sister of a client,sent to collect documention on behalf of her sister from our firm.In the first place,as an a person running, errands ,it is the duty of herself to acquaint herself the locality from where she is to collect the documents,which she evidently did not!Instead she messaged Jianny for our offices ,and was given the approximate location with a voice message that it's upstairs, a local Cafe a few blocks away.When she arrived ,she grumbled that the wrong locality was sent to her but in fact the firm has a very prominent signage to clearly indicate where the entrance to our offices are!After grumbling ceaselessly,she acknowledged the documents and was told that's all but as our Office CCTV shows ,continued to stand at the counter !When Jianny noticed she was still there ,she told her she has already been passed the documents!At the time when I left the offices for a medical appointment,I did observed the complainant signing the acknowledgement form but heard no complaints from her which I could have addressed myself.With due respect,the complainant ought to have called when she reached the location ,but failed to do so to seek exact location so she has no one but herself to fault for her lack of foresight,given that she was not a client yet did not seek specific instructions which stairs to enter ,or she is an illiterate in not reading the signage that clearly indicated our offices at on the 2nd floor of No 10(2nd floor) Bangunan Cheena not No 10B(2nd floor!Your feedback will be carefully digested for training purposes,unkind as they are to Jianny or to our Firm but as we cannot see any fault on our or Jianny's part,which arise on the part of the complainant in not confirming with our client,where actually our offices are OR FAILING TO LOOK OUT FOR THE BUSINESS SIGNAGE AT THE FOOT OF THE STAIRS TO OUR OFFICES and indirectly saying it's Juanny's fault that she had to walk up 2 flight of stairs! Please do consider not to run an errand if your ability to use Google Maps is non existant and failing to ask the intended recipient for specific directions!You will be doing everyone a favour as your feedback comments are not erasable and affects others not at fault!More specifically ,you are NOT A CLIENT and that comment and feedback facility are intended for OUR CLIENT,not a NON CLIENT and is intellectually dishonest!
At the 1st place, I’m keep asking: does ur firm ever done b4 notarial certificate for Chinese Embassy for the marriage purpose… the staff very ensure and start process for me and finally paid RM660… The next day when I bring the whole set to Chinese Embassy, they totally not accept the whole thing notarized by the lawyer firm… then I called to lawyer firm asking y Chinese Embassy not accepted… the conclusion answered by them: I'm assumed tat u have ask wat Chinese Embassy requires… In the end i spend tis for nth… some more, all the documents with sealed have to re-do.
I am not surprised with your problems you face with the People's Republic of China's rejection of your documents for your proposed marriage,miss.The said Consulate have for as long as I served the Attorney General Chambers as a Notary Public,have varying requirements ,do's and dont's on the auntitication requirements for your documents.I regret to say ,every single auntitication as a Notary Public Malaysia for client's such as you, have the same problem,whether it is acceptable on not depends on which cousular officer handles your documentation submission. As I have always reminded my counter staff,do remind clients of this fact and ask exactly what you require,if in doubt ask to see me personally and I would be pleased to warn you .Are you warned by the PRC Consulate in Kuching of the need to apostillise your documents with Wisma Putra(Foreign Office Malaysia)in Kuching ?I did ask my counter staff to tell you and I am sure she does,as with all PRC Consulate requirement.If you did not do so,you need to be fair enough to blame no one except the PRC Consular Officer as my duty as a Notary Public ends on due auntitication of your due execution.Anything else is at the arbitrary request of the PRC Consular Officer serving you,and do be reminded I am NOT a Consular Officer of PRC.Its one thing to be faulted if I am wrong at ,but in this case ,your non consultation of the Notary Public on the technicalities cannot be attributed to us.You requested auntitication,it was done ,you did not seek Notorial auntitication advice.
