The staff is helpful... the office is easy to find... but the parking is Hard to find...
There is an occasion where there is a letter to my insurer which is supposed to be passed to me, but they forget to give me till I chase them. 😐 Apart from this, the team is very responsive and give the update instantly. A very responsible and professional team. 👍🏻
