The team doesn’t seem capable of handling cases. There’s no transparency or accountability in their process.

This law firm is not responsible. I made the payment for the legal fee for the MOT agreement on 2 May 2024, but I have not received any response from law firm since then. It is now already December. I have even called them multiple times, but they have not answered any of my calls

I have engaged the firm and made payment for the MOT on 22 April 2024. However, as of today, 3 July 2025, the MOT process is still not completed. There has been no proactive update from the firm — information is only provided when I follow up.
