No helpful at all… no advice no solution.
Front staff not helpful at all, no effort at all to help. All our questions were only answered with appointments already full and have to wait another 1 month or more. Very disappointed with the service
To the white female front staff, I'm sorry, I don't think you're suitable for the position. When we ask, it feels like we're annoying. After all, what is your real job? It's like talking like a canteen lady, giving advice is not allowed.
