Friendly staff..good explanation

I made an appointment and went in as instructed, but when I arrived, the security guard told me not to come because there were no lawyers available to assist. I was informed that they do not accept cases and do not provide any legal help at all, and was simply told to go upstairs to the Sabah Law Society instead. This was a complete waste of time and very misleading. If no legal assistance is actually offered here, that should be clearly stated. Not recommended.
