It's very difficult to deal with this government department. If you make a call, the caller will die, come back to life, make another call, die again, but to the point where there is no staff to answer the call. It just doesn't work.

This syariah court is a problem of employee discipline and service needs to be improved. It's really bad... we waste a lot of time waiting for officers, even at 10.30am they still haven't called... Is this a problem with people working according to their own time... They told us to come at 9.00am, 10.40am, Blum called what's the matter...😠😠

drove all the way from tenom to settle isu wali hakim. we came early but still waiting half day. my suggestion pls open more room in dewan bicara so everyone who coming served on time. slow. a guy at the kaunter pendaftaran is not really helpful. ask for 2 copy each of the form but didnt told clearly. org jd byk kerja. pls improve you guys pnya service.

I had to call before coming to find out the decision of the funeral order. But I had to call immediately. I've been dealing with it since the end of May and now not a single thing has happened. From morning until closing, I've been dealing with it and there's not even a single result. Sad :')

People wait from morning to evening, there is no transport, it is already evening and they are informed that half of the documents have been dropped, then you expect the people to go again to complete the documents, what do you expect there?? Your management is honestly as lazy as a cow....maybe a cow is more efficient compared to the staff you have now

The worst counter. Waited for hours for the officer to sign to confirm it was true. The counter didn't help either. Just kept playing on the phone. Even though there was no other number. I hope the building was big. Please have some integrity in your work. Remember that other people don't have other jobs, so you just have to wait for your officer. Isn't punch in at 8 o'clock? Where else do you drink? 2 times like this, 2 times like this. At the counter, you're like a director.

Management is slow. Inefficient. People wait for hours. 2025 is still not good at managing these people. Please don't continue to 2026. Some people come from far away What a waste of time. Car oil is already there, remember to use tap water. Some old people are already being held for hours. The workers there should take a stress management course. I hope these people change. Among the government departments in Sabah, the most eager to deal with. From the counter until the case is resolved, it's like a social experiment... how far can a government department operate without any sense of responsibility. The officers are present like a weather phenomenon, unpredictable, unreliable. When you see their faces, the excitement comes out faster than the information. The style at the counter is not professional, but the real work is equivalent to a first-day practical student. The officers' instructions also contribute to the confusion; their instructions are scattered like a broken GPS. They sound serious, but the content is empty, like reading a script written a minute before the session starts. And the main star: the person who sent the summons. The constant report of 'not yet there' for four or five cases adjourned, even though the reason is older than the case itself. It disappears somewhere every time you look for it, as if the office is ashamed to admit that they work there. To a certain extent, even outsiders are confused, is this a government department, or an intensive training center for workers who want to master the art of earning a salary without results? In many places, people race to do work quickly. Here, it seems they are racing to see who can disappear the longest without feeling guilty. Budu eh
