Put a number where you can be contacted. We don't want to call unless there is an important matter. Any matter is very slow.. I really ask the court to increase staff so that matters can be expedited easily. No need for people to go back and forth and wait too long to settle matters.

Please provide an active office number. I wanted to call but the number is no longer active. There are many other matters in this world that need to be taken care of, so please make things easier for people.

registration counter( ground floor).The male staff (skin head) is very rude,doesn't use good language,if you don't want to work,resign and give someone else a chance who more qualify than you.

The registration section on the ground floor, if it's making things difficult for people, it's fine, you don't have to work..from counters 1 to 3...2 women, 1 man...just lazy to deal with the chatter again..does he still tell us to go to the mosque to photocopy the form...even though he can give you information during registration..his style is really bad..people come here to simplify things, they don't want to make things difficult anymore..stop it, you still have a lot of people who need to work..you're too busy playing on the phone

Staff get paid for nothing. Service is unsatisfactory. People close at 5 PM. Even at 3 PM, they don't accept business. Hopefully, staff who get paid for nothing will be fired.

Very, very bad service. Today, December 3, 2025 at 9.21 am, the judge has still not appeared. The assistants have just arrived. The reasons given do not make sense. The judge has a case. The case has not been explained. Islam is regressing further in this century because of their lack of integrity.

It's really hard to get married back here. Started to do the management for 10 months but got the result in 1 month, finally the marriage didn't happen. The partner has passed away, the management here is very low. Came from far away, but the work is slow.. Disappointed..

VERY BAD MANAGEMENT! In the document, the case is supposed to be at 09:00, I waited there from 08:00, I had to be called in at 10:20, the judge just came in and spoke as if there was no protocol, rude with a high tone of voice even though we had just entered. Didn't ask nicely, told the staff to postpone my case without explaining anything to me. Was told to wait outside, then the staff came to inform me that I had to come back at 12:30. My case was on Level 2, Hall 3, got a female judge. Whatever the judge's problem is, please don't bring it up with the party dealing with it. Where is your work ethics? The court is a place where we should witness the style of speech of educated and civilized people, but for the first time I felt like the court is a place to complicate people's problems. The case is not necessarily resolved. Please ask the superiors to take action to investigate the ethics of the officers there, worried that the judge was the result of a job placement through "cable" and not someone who has the proper qualifications.

It's bad, making things difficult instead of making things easier, and then the staff there mostly play on the phone instead of serving people who want to do business there, and then they're even more chatty.

An absolute embarrassment of a government institution. Phones never get picked up, emails are either ignored or replied to halfway with no real help. No one updates you on anything—it's like the whole place is running on autopilot with zero accountability. The judge and every staff member there might as well not exist for all the use they are. This is a prime example of how taxpayers' money is completely wasted. It’s shocking that such a useless setup is still allowed to operate. Might as well shut it down and save the public some money.
