Very good professional advice and service
I came to know this firm through a hundred thousand followers Facebook group and trusted that they could handle a complex and stressful legal issue. I paid a four-digit fee for two legal letters. While professional legal advice was provided which I appreciated it, the letters did not effectively resolve my problem. The firm also insisted on not representing me or engaging with the opposing party via WhatsApp, requiring all dealings to be conducted strictly through email or formal letters in the name of professionalism. While I understand the intention, this approach made communication slower and less practical for an urgent matter. Before the second agreed document was delivered, I was asked to pay another four-digit fee for additional documents, which was quite shocking and disappointing. When I expressed concerns regarding the fees, I was told that there was no room for me to comment on their charges. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of value and client care.
