Will not recommend the law firm to any clients that are looking for responsive or responsible lawyer. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Mer------- Chai. Chai is nearly non-existent and repeated messages or inquiries are ignored multiple times simply as clients' concerns are not important. HOWEVER, the only FAST one-sided communication from Chai is when the payment is required. But honestly speaking, Chai is well known with being not responsive, not even a message being replied and I believe I am not the only one being treated with such rudeness. With the experience I have received, I sincerely hope that no other clients would go through the same thing.

I won't recommend their service. Unprofessional customer service and attitude. This lady (Mxxxxx Cxxx) from Leong & Leong after receiving all the money, she did not respond to the message at all. This lawyer has not done what her should do. I need to go through my agent to get her response. What is the reason!!!!

Your transaction for the purchase of your property was completed last year and the balance purchase price fully settled to the seller.<br><br>2. The money that you are referring to is the Indah Water Consortium payment that you had paid on behalf of the seller earlier, of which, the seller is required to repay to you the sum of RM 137-00.<br><br>3. After receipt of the refund monies from the seller, the said sum of RM 137-00 was duly refunded to your husband on 5.12.2024. Please contact our clerk-in-charge if you require a copy of the proof of payment. <br><br>4.
