Highly professional
We are extremely DISAPPOINTED with the service provided. We were NEVER being informed or updated in advance about any potential delay in the submission of documents to LHDN, which ultimately resulted in a late penalty being imposed. What is even more concerning is that we were not notified that a late penalty had been imposed. Instead, we were asked to make an additional payment on top of the earlier agreed quotation without any prior explanation. Luckily, we realised that the requested amount differed from the original quotation and we have clarified that the late penalty should not be borne by us. We requested an update on 6 February 2026, and as of 12 February 2026, there has been no clarification or response. This is unacceptable, especially considering that we have already paid more that RM33k to them for stamp duty and part of their professional fees. And yet, no invoices or receipt of payment being received to-date! The lack of transparency, accountability, and communication is highly unprofessional. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
