3 years agoI don't know where to complain. Whatsapp, the officer said it's not ready yet. Can't call. Maybe it's busy. I've been waiting a long time to get a grant back from Maybank. But after all the payments and documents given to this firm, it's still not finished, almost 4 months later. The officer is not friendly. Please help.
