Engaged this law firm to handle my strata title transfer, assisted by Ms Ooi. Fees offered were much cheaper compared to others, which was the main reason I went ahead. The process did take some time to complete, so you’ll need a bit of patience. That said, everything was eventually settled properly and communication was acceptable. Overall, happy with the service considering the price paid. Would recommend if you’re not in a rush & conscious about legal costs.

Appointed Sim & Rahman to get my grant of probate done after husband passed in July 2025. Ms Sim had quoted to me a much more reasonable price that's more acceptable to me than others. Am glad to have appointed them with no mishaps along the process, even though it took slightly longer than promised but it's quite acceptable and more importantly is it got done by December 2025, which is quite a relief.
