Had an estate issue that was located in Malacca but was residing in Selangor. Many of the firms in KL were charging at a rate that was not affordable and many were giving conflicting information on how to proceed. Decided to take a try for a firm in Malacca and found Tan, Fong & Co. Everything was done via telephone conversation and Whatsapp without the need for me to be present at their office. The fees they were charging were also reasonable. Furthermore, they would often take the initiative to drop me a call to clarify certain legal matters as well as answering my calls and messages within a reasonable response time. They were polite and guided my relatives every step of the way in the process to which I am extremely satisfied that the matter was resolve.
