Professional
1. Staff didn't confirm details before prepare S&P. 2. Had to ask few times to get quotation. 3. Unable to collect balance deposit 7% upon signing S&P. Staff ask me to deal with her boss himself. Poor attitude. 4. Staff read and ignore customer msg, even though msg her few times. Or sometimes, she even make empty promises and do nothing. At the end, had to request through her boss. Unlucky for the boss to have this kind of staff. Wonder is he know about this? Anyways, the boss is ok, got reply to request and deliver promptly.
Using the lawyer firm for SPA agreement (property sale)..not professional and not ethical lawyer firm..seems not protecting right of seller although seller also pay the legal fee..seems inclined to back/protect interest of property agent more than seller/buyer...not recommended at all..not worth it..unprofessional
