When I inquired about fees through WhatsApp, the paralegal's response made me feel like my ability to pay was being questioned. I want to be clear: I was prepared to pay the consultation fee. However, the dismissive and unprofessional tone from the staff member left a negative impression. A positive client experience starts from the first interaction. In this case, the communication fell short. Potential clients deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the reason for contacting the firm. For those seeking a law firm that prioritizes professionalism and client care, you might want to explore other options
