Call the office few time looking for the lawyer around two week no answer or response..really disappointed
Internal communication problem within branches cost customers lost of time and stamina to went up to office then requested client to come back after 2 hrs. end up S&P document credentials all wrong end up client do their work to crosscheck themselves. Keep on giving excuse on error made by Bintulu branch. Legal cost imposed but end up client do their work for them. end up need went back 3 times due to unprofessional practice
