Attended their 2 days Practical Law Programme for Entrepreneurs! So many amazing insights which I wish I knew earlier before I start my business! Most of the sharing was not just dry theory which you can easily find on websites, but they also shared plenty of practical strategies which I never came across before attending their program!
Poor Respond / Unreasonable Expensive / Inexperience Advisory
Unreasonable lawyer. They tried to remove the obtain developer consent clause to start 3+1 immediately. Putting purchaser at disadvantage just to help their vendor expedite the case. N almost killed the deal done by agent. The lawyer doesn't know what is practiced in the market.
